....DESCRIBES THE MAGAZINE AS AN INITIATIVE CAPABLE OF ADVERTISING REMOLAND TO THE WORLD
The Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland; His Royal Majesty, Oba Babatunde Ajayi, CFR has described the socio-cultural and Tourism weekly electronic documentary magazine; Remo Culture and Tourism as an initiative poised to fill the missing gaps in reporting the socio-cultural event and festivals of Remoland to the global community through media entertainment and the creative industry.
Oba Babatunde Ajayi, CFR who made this known during the unveiling of the magazine today, Wednesday, 3rd July, 2024 to the public at his palace, Ita-Oba, Sagamu, Ogun State urged the publisher of the weekly electronic documentary magazine; First Heritage Culture and Hospitality Limited to work closely with the Remo Traditional Council and other stakeholders in Remoland for the actualization of their organization's set objectives.
Akarigbo also applauded the ingenuity and passion of the management of First Heritage Culture and Hospitality Limited for deeming it fit to preserve and reach the global community with the richness embedded in Remoland.
Earlier in his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of First Heritage Culture and Hospitality Limited, Omo'ba Abiola Ogundeko disclosed that the mission of the weekly documentary magazine was to discover, project, promote and brand the unique traditions, cultural heritage, historical and tourism potentials of Remoland, adding that the socio-cultural and electronic documentary weekly magazine will be showcasing the landscape, historical towns, the people, beauty, glamour, heritage, diversity, cuisines, music, arts, films and creative industry of Remoland.
Ogundeko added that each weekly edition will be dedicated to showcasing the unique heritage, vibrant arts, and thriving tourism of Remoland. From traditional customs to modern innovations, noting that the magazine would also offer an in-depth look at what makes Remoland a cultural treasure.
In attendance at the unveiling were His Royal Highness, Alayeluwa Oba Taiwo Taiwo, (Amororo II), Onipara of Ipara Remo; Chief (Barr.) Adebayo Onafuwa, Bamofin of Remoland, Otunba Abiodun Aina, Chief of Staff to Akarigbo, Mr. Blacky, Mr. Kehinde Jayeola, Mr. Taofeek Oduwaye, Mr. Yusuf Sonaike and Mr. Leken Ojeleye.
