ODEDA LG BOSS COMMISSIONS SOLAR POWERED BOREHOLES

 The Executive Chairman of Odeda LG, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo has commissioned and handed over to the people of Adugan village in Odeda a modern solar-powered borehole; a project carried out by the British American Tobacco Foundation. 

The Foundation handed over the project to Hon. Folasade Adeyemo who in return handed over the facility to the people of Adugan village. 

It  wiould be recalled that the Chairman emphasized at the beginning of her administration that no government can fix all the needs of her people, but Hon. Folasade Adeyemo vowed to partner with relevant private organizations and institutions to bring the required development to Odeda's local government.

The commissioning of the pipe-borne water is an indication that the chairman has indeed created an enabling environment for developmental projects to thrive in Odeda local government. The people of Adugan village jubilates at the first gush of water through the water tap and showered encomium on all those who made the success of the project a reality. Hon. Folasade in her remarks thanked the British American Tobacco Foundation for their magnanimous gesture towards Odeda; most especially the people of Adugan village, she thanked everyone involved in the process of sinking the borehole and she thanked the people of the community for cooperating with the contractors.

The chairman further implores the foundation not to relent in their quest to make life better for the people, most especially those in the rural areas. Hon. Folasade Adeyemo also reiterate her commitment to work with every volunteer who made themselves available to help the people of Odeda in one way or the other, she also charged every son and daughter of Odeda home and abroad to come back home and develop their hometowns and villages in partnership with the government of the day. However, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo charged the villagers to go for their PVC registration to reelect Prince Dapo Abiodun's administration, the chairman enumerated several people-oriented projects of Governor Dapo Abiodun, our health centers across Odeda LG have been renovated and equipped with modern facilities, 80% of our schools have been touched one way or the other by Prince Dapo Abiodun led administration, our Governor has constructed notable stretches of roads in our LG, several state government facilitated empowerment programs have been financed by this administration she added, if you want to continue to enjoy facilities like this, get your PVC and vote for Prince Dapo Abiodun in the coming general election she emphasized”
