The Special Adviser to the Governor and Managing Director, Ogun State Property and Investment Cooperation( OPIC) Arc. Abiodun Fari- Arole has said that the newly constructed Kings Court Estate would be duplicated into semi detached apartments to accommodate low income earners in the State.
Fari- Arole said this while speaking with OGIS correspondent after the commissioning of the Estate by President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari in Abeokuta.
The Arc. noted that the newly built Estate was one of the landmark projects by the present administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun, saying it was a worthwhile dividend of democracy to the people of the State.
Fari- Arole added that the Estate would open up the axis and give room for more economic growth and development for the people living around the area and Ogun State at large, urging them to cooperate and support the Governor, in order to enjoy more of such dividends.
While presenting keys to some of beneficiaries, the Director of Marketing and Business Development Mr. Dehinde Boye urged them to live in peace and harmony with one another and ensure proper upkeep of the Estate to maintain its standard.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Project Coordinator , Peace Initiative Network, Dr. Femi Shodipo said the process of eligibility was highly transparent, commendable and devoid of nepotism, appealing to the State Government to do more of such projects.
