Be professional in your reportage, Abbey Onas enjoins Journalists

The Group Managing Director of ZGM Investment Limited who doubles as the Co-Coordinator of Guagdong Free Trade Zone, Dr. Abbey Onas has called on

Journalists to always uphold the ethics of journalism profession and avoid anything that will degrade, humiliate or downgrade people because of the influence of money.

Dr. Onas who made the call in Abeokuta while addressing the leadership of Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State Information Chapel described journalism as a noble profession that has the capacity to correct any ill in the society.

The Guagdong Free Trade Zone boss encouraged members of the fourth estate of the realm to be honest and truthful in their stories adding that if these virtues are imbibed and upheld, sky can only be their limit.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State Information Chapel, Comrade Akinwale Olanrewaju appreciated how Dr. Abbey Onas have coordinated the affairs of Free Trade Zone over the years pledging the Union's support.

Comrade Olanrewaju called for a better relationship and synergy between the Union and the zone towards given the members a better welfare package.
