OGUN WORKERS, PUBLIC TO BENEFIT FROM PRINCE COURT ESTATE - HOUSING COMMISSIONER

Ogun State government says the newly constructed Phase one 
of Prince Court Estate is specifically designed to take ca re of the housing need of Civil Servants, while the second and third phases of the Estate would accommodate other interested members of the public, who are desirous of owing their own homes through available mortgage options of National Housing Fund and Rent To Own provided by Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Family Homes Fund in synergy with Ogun State Government.

Commissioner for Housing, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi in a statement by her Press Officer Adeola Adebajo, stated this while featuring on a live television programme on OGTV, highlighted the activities and achievements of parastatals in the Housing Sector in the last one year (especially Ogun State Ministry of Housing and Ogun State Housing Corporation) said  the Prince Dapo Abiodun’s administration would 
continue to provide affordable housing for all, as the Governor has also approved the commencement of affordable land to citizens of Ogun State under the Site and Service Land Scheme (SSLS) coming up in about 9 different locations of the State, with flexible payment plans. Other laudable schemes of Housing Estates are to be replicated in Sagamu, Ijebu Ode & Otta.

While assuring that the second phase of Prince Court Estate would be delivered to successful applicants by September/October  2020, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi listed locations for the Site & Service Land Schemes to include; Ayetoro, Ilaro/Ibese, Itori, Ota, Kobape, Ijebu-Epe, Sagamu, Oru-Ago Iwoye and Osiele.
