OGUN DEPUTY GOVERNOR MOURNS LATE GM OF OGBC

The Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot  Salako-Oyedele has expressed shock at the sudden death of Mr. Diji Akinhanmi, the General Manager of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC).

Quoting the  Deputy Governor on her  social media handle " I am profoundly saddened at the death of Mr. Diji Akinhanmi, the General Manager of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC), a passionate and dedicated journalist"

"I first met him in June 2019 when I paid OGBC a courtesy call. Since then, I found him to be a consummate professional". 

"Just last week, he was full of life when he came to surprise me on my birthday. His death is a big shock, however Allah knows best" she stated.

She however prayed that Almighty will grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss. 

The late General Manager was born on 13th May, 1961 and died at the early hours of Wednesday , 16th January, 2020.
